Terms
Terms & conditions
These terms explain how realdigit collaborates with clients, protects shared work, and keeps experimentation programmes running smoothly.
What these terms cover
These terms apply when you browse realdigit.co, download our resources, or engage realdigit for experimentation and AI services. By continuing, you’re agreeing to follow the guidelines below.
If we kick off a project together, the statement of work (SOW) will outline the exact deliverables, timelines, and commercials. Where there’s a conflict, the SOW wins—but everything here still applies unless we explicitly change it in writing.
Working together
Partnerships move fastest when we both play our part. Here’s what you can expect from us—and what we need from you.
- We’ll provide access to specialists across research, design, engineering, and analytics to deliver the agreed outcomes.
- You’ll supply timely feedback, the right stakeholders, and access to platforms or data so work can move forward without delay.
- If scope shifts, we’ll review the impact together and update budgets or timelines before continuing.
Access and security
Some engagements involve shared tooling, dashboards, or documentation. Keep those credentials safe and tell us right away if something looks off.
You’re responsible for any activity that happens under accounts realdigit provides to your team. If access is misused or compromised, we may revoke or pause it to protect the work in progress.
Using realdigit materials
Everything we create for you is meant to move your experimentation and AI programmes forward, not to be resold or repackaged.
- Deliverables we produce for you can be used internally across your organisation.
- Frameworks, tooling, and documentation we bring into the engagement remain realdigit intellectual property unless the SOW says otherwise.
- Please don’t redistribute, resell, or white-label our materials, training content, or research without written permission.
Professional conduct
We build long-term partnerships and expect everyone to uphold a considerate, inclusive working environment—online and off.
- No sharing of malicious code, confidential third-party information, or anything that violates privacy or intellectual property rights.
- No harassment, discrimination, or behaviour that creates an unsafe space for our team or yours.
- We may pause or end an engagement if conduct breaches these expectations.
Liability and warranties
realdigit delivers services with care and expertise, but experimentation is inherently uncertain.
We can’t guarantee specific revenue, conversion, or performance outcomes. If something goes wrong, our collective liability is capped at the fees paid or payable for the work in question.
Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages are excluded to keep risk manageable for both sides.
Changes to these terms
We refresh these terms when our services, tooling, or regulations change. Updated versions take effect as soon as they’re posted here.
If a change materially impacts an active engagement, we’ll flag it directly and make sure we’re aligned before proceeding.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be handled in London courts unless our SOW specifies a different jurisdiction.
