The AI Copywriting Engine
This project proves showcases shifting resources from freelance teams to AI agents, replacing an expensive, unreliable 15-person team with one senior strategist and an AI 'Brand Voice' system.
The Problem (Why I Built This)
As the Managing Director of an email agency, my biggest, most expensive bottleneck was copywriting.

We were in a constant, losing battle.
First, I hired a team of 5+ staff copywriters. They were quickly overwhelmed, working across too many accounts. They had no time to "live and breathe the brand," and their work became bland and generic. I had to fire them.
So, I switched to a 15-person freelance team, hoping to get specialists. The pattern was always the same:
- They'd do amazing work for the first week to win the account.
- Then, almost overnight, the quality would collapse. The copy became bland, uninspired, and "phoned in."

It was a management nightmare and a massive financial drain. I was paying for generic, low-quality work and constantly re-hiring.
The Strategic Solution
My "Aha!" moment came when I realized why they were failing. A copywriter (human or AI) must live and breathe a brand to be persuasive. They need all the context, all the time. This is expensive and impossible to scale with human teams.
I realized the 15 freelancers were failing for the exact same reason most people fail with AI: they had no context.
So, I stopped the freelance churn and re-architected the entire department.
Instead of 15 copywriters, I moved to one senior strategist. Her job wasn't to write copy; it was to build the context for each client—a "brain" of past liked emails, product reviews, internal knowledge, and brand guidelines.
We then fed this context to the AI (this was in the early days, just using the chat interface). The "AI + Context" system immediately started producing better, more consistent, and more authentic copy than the entire 15-person team.
Capability Showcase
The solution wasn't a complex app; it was a high-level system designed to solve a core business problem.
- Massive Cost & Overhead Reduction: We eliminated the management nightmare and cost of a 15-person freelance team and replaced it with a single strategist + an AI tool. The ROI was immediate and massive.
- The "Context-First" System: This is the core. I built the process for developing a "context library" for each client. This is the single most valuable asset in AI. Most companies get generic results because they haven't done this work. I've already proven this system at scale.
- Solving the "Generic Voice" Problem: This system proves that AI can be authentic... if it's fed your internal expertise. The AI, armed with our "context library," was more on-brand than the human freelancers because it could "keep in mind" all the brand rules at once.

What This Means For Your Business
If you're getting generic results from AI, it's not the AI's fault. It's the "copywriter problem" all over again. You're giving it a generic task and expecting a specific, high-value result.
I have already solved this problem at scale. The same "Context-First" system I built can solve your "boring" bottlenecks:
- Your Sales Team: Stop your sales reps from writing bland, "phoned in" follow-up emails. I can build an AI "Brand Voice" system based on your best salesperson's work, allowing your entire team to write with their expertise.
- Your Marketing Team: Stop hiring expensive, unreliable freelancers for your blog or social media. I can build an AI content engine that actually sounds like you, using your internal case studies, customer reviews, and expert interviews as its "brain."
- Your Leadership Team: Ensure your internal announcements from HR or leadership sound authentic and human, not like they were pulled from a generic template. I can build an "in-house voice" system that keeps your entire company culture aligned.
