This project proves I can build an 'authentic voice' engine, turning your team's internal expertise into a scalable, automated marketing system.
The Problem (Why I Built This)
When I stepped into CareerLearning, the marketing was a massive, manual bottleneck.
The company had 6 different, highly distinct audiences (HR, Payroll, Banking, etc.). The entire marketing operation was one person, full-time, just trying to keep up with sending generic, product-focused emails.
My goal was to maintain that daily email volume, but to make the content dramatically better: content-driven, hyper-segmented, and valuable.
The manual cost was staggering. Just to create one batch of these new, high-quality emails was projected to take a team 3-4 weeks. It was a total non-starter.
The Strategic Solution
From day one, I knew I would never hire a team of copywriters to do this. I knew this was a perfect problem for an AI-powered system.
The "Aha!" moment was realizing the company's most valuable, untapped asset was the instructor's knowledge, locked away in their course videos.
The secret to killing the "generic AI voice" is to feed it non-generic, expert-level internal data.
So I built a complete, end-to-end content engine:
- Transcribe: First, I transcribed the course videos to get the raw, authentic language from the actual instructors.
- Extract: I used AI to analyze these transcripts and pull out the 20-40 "most important concepts" from each course.
- Generate: I built and refined a set of "tone rules" and then had the AI generate a full month's worth of content-driven, high-value emails from those expert concepts.
After an initial setup month of refining the rules and processes, the system was fully automated. The 3-4 week manual nightmare was gone.
Capability Showcase
I architected this entire workflow myself, using AI not just for writing, but for building the automation itself.
- "Authentic Voice" Generation: This is the core. The system uses the instructor's own words from video transcripts as the "raw material." This ensures the final emails sound human, credible, and are 100% non-generic.
- Full-Stack AI Automation: I didn't just generate text. I used AI to write the code that turned the text into HTML files. I then used AI again to write the (very inconsistent) HubSpot API code to automatically load all 30 emails, fully formatted, directly into the system.
- Multi-Vertical Content Engine: This system was built from the ground up to manage 6 different verticals, simultaneously generating daily, relevant, high-quality content for each distinct audience.
- The "Impossible" ROI: The result? A content generation process that was quoted at 3-4 weeks of full-time manual work became a system I could manage in about 1 hour per day.
